The team charter was agreed upon at the kickoff meeting in January 2023 and will be revisited/updated at future team meetings. 

The team charter establishes the specific vision of the whole team for the FST, breaks it down into specific concrete and attainable sub-goals, and then identifies detailed actions - and the who, when and where - for reaching each goal along with required team interactions

The sub-goals and responsibilities summarize what team members feel they can contribute to each sub-goal -and who will lead (or champion) each sub-goal. This document was produced at the kickoff meeting in January 2023 but should be a living document: team members are encouraged to edit any time. Make sure that you open it with google slides to see the latest edits. 

The sub-goal champions will organize a virtual sub-goal meeting, to discuss an action plan towards the milestones for each sub-goal. 

The sub-goal champions will report back to the full FST team on an initial action plan by early April 2023.
